Emergency Support

While Ēpiónē PP is not an emergency service, your safety is our priority. 
If you believe you are unable to keep yourself safe, please contact 
the following services:

Your GP

Your GP, or family 
doctor, takes care 
of your health, 
including your 
mental well-being. 

They hold primary 
responsibility for 
you, in all matters 
of physical and 
mental health. 

They can give 
advice, refer you 
to specialists, and 
make sure 
you get the 
right care. 

If you're 
worried about 
your mental, 
or physical 
health, talk 
to your GP.

Duty GP

The Duty GP is 
a doctor available 
when your own 
GP is not available 
or outside 
regular hours. 

If you need urgent 
medical help 
when your GP 
is closed, the 
Duty GP can 
provide help.

Call your GP's 
surgery, and 
ask to speak to 
the Duty GP 
for guidance 
and support.

The Samaritans 
are there for 
you 24/7, 
offering a safe 
and kind
space to 
talk about 
your feelings.
 

Trained volunteers 
provide kind 
support to help 
you cope with 
challenges, to 
listen and 
hear you.
