Our aim is to empower you to confront life with renewed hope and optimism.

Ēpiónē Psychotherapy Partners, Why...
Ēpiónē Psychotherapy Partners (Ēpiónē PP) was established in response to the negative experiences observed
by our therapists, where individuals were shuffled between services, denied access due to not meeting specific
requirements, and then admonished for lacking motivation and/or engagement. This cycle left them feeling
mistreated, blamed, and isolated.
The therapists at Ēpiónē PP are driven to transform this negative narrative into a positive one by harnessing
the inherent strengths within individuals: their capacity to create, endure adversity, and seek meaning and
purpose in their suffering.
With this mission in mind, Ēpiónē PP was founded to provide a service rooted in kindness, offering direct
access and valuing each person's holistic experiences, including factors such as class, ethnicity, culture, faith,
gender identity, and disability.
Further to this we agree, that decent employment has a positive impact on Mental Health and understand the
necessity to work with employers, as well as individuals accessing therapy, to help people maintain employment
by facilitating workplace changes and application of therapy in the workplace.
By offering uninterrupted access to the same therapist, we ensure consistency and quality in both therapist,
and service. Whilst all our therapists are EAP trained, and EAPA registered, we further provide the employment
support that is necessary in helping with understanding what decent employment is and help by working with
employers when and where needed.
Our goal at Ēpiónē PP is to address the core issues, like Trauma, by helping people to connect to themselves
– in understanding their own emotions, to manage emotions, connect to their physical selves, and to trust
their instincts/gut, to enable them to become their authentic selves and develop their sense of identity. Then
supporting them to process the trauma events, to allow them to transcend into becoming their genuine and
authentic selves.
